Application Process
To ensure our community maintains the highest standards, we have a 72-hour Application Review Process. This process allows us to verify your production qualifications. While membership materials will be inaccessible during this period, rest assured that once approved, you will receive full access and be billed for the first month.

Membership Verification: Your membership is contingent upon verifying your active earned-in Luxury agent status with KWRI.
Membership Details
Approval and Activation: If accepted, you will gain immediate access to the member portal after the trial period, and your first monthly fee will be processed.
Billing Cycle: Your $250 monthly recurring payment will be billed on the same date each month (e.g., if you join on the 8th, billing occurs on the 8th of each month).
No Charge for Denials: You will only be billed if accepted. If your application is denied or waitlisted, you will not be charged.
Membership termination must be requested at least 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle. Registration to any events occurring after this Agreement terminates will be lost.
Next Steps
Within 3 business days, you will receive an email from luxury@kw.com with your application status. Accepted members will enjoy all the benefits of KW Luxury Pro, starting immediately upon activation.
